Feel free to download and retain these documents and check back now and again in case they may any changes.

Payments are made by Dynamic Direct Debit (DDD) on or around the beginning of the month for the previous month. So the May bill would be for April. This will be the total of the line rental, services and calls made. You can check your calls form your control panel.

The fee for a line transfer is just One months line rental. This is essential as we bill in arrears.

The fee for a new line installation is the current installation fee plus One months line rental. This is required in order for us to proceed and can be taken by credit card over the phone, DDD or BACS. Please note that we permit Openreach 2 hours aditional installation time and if there are any fees, we would have to pass them on.

Once we have taken your order, you will receive a Direct Debit Mandate by email form our provider, GoCardless. Once this is filled in, we will proceed with the order.

Our invoices will be marked "PAYMENT TO BE TAKEN WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS". Once the DDD has cleared, the invoice will be marked as paid and will not appear on your monthly statement.
