Under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018 we have a legal obligation to let you know what information we hold about you and what we hold it for and on what basis.
The data we hold on you is in two parts.
1 – Data you give us so we can provide your services and
2 – Data we create such as usernames, and passwords. We send you this information by email as part of your sign up procedure. However, passwords are sent to your confirmed mobile phone number by TXT or Whats App. To help our engineers in the future, we may keep other information as well such as the location in your premises of your telephone equipment and so on.
We will, on occasion email you with important updates, planned outages, seasonal greetings, special offers, product launches and service feedback requests. You can opt out of some or all of them if you wish.
If you ever need to verify what information we keep, simply send me an email requesting it.
Data will be wiped in the event of a contract ending or if it becomes irrelevant or invalid.
If there are any significant amendments to this document, we will notify you on your bill or by email.
