Yes, Megganet is a Microsoft partner and we can provide the whole range of Microsoft software.

Please note that as part of the Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE), Office 365 licences are ALL now annual. If you are one of our existing Microsoft customers on an annual service you should have received an email outlining this.

Payments

In some cases, Initial fees may be invoiced but ongoing fees can only be made to Megganet by Direct Debit only for recurring Microsoft fees.

Contract duration for Microsoft products

This applies for the Office suite, Microsoft Hosted Exchange and other Microsoft products. All microsoft products we resell have a minimum of 12 months contract, renewable every 12 months for another 12 months. This continues for each subsequent 12 month period.

It is not possible to have a Microsoft product for a fraction of a year. For example, if a Microsoft product is purchased but only needed for 1 month, it will need to be paid for, for the full year.

If a Microsoft product is needed for one year and a day, it is liable to be paid for, for 2 years.

If a Microsoft Hosted Exchange email address is created for someone and they (for any reason) no longer require it, it will need to be paid for, for the full 12 months.

This is a Microsoft policy which we have no control over.

Notice of cancellation

We need a clear months notice to cease a Microsoft service and remember, it can only be cancelled at its 12 month renewal period.
