Outlook data file size
How to find the size of your Outlook data file
Load Outlook.
Click the right mouse button on the data file as shown in the blue circle below.

Then select Data File Properties as shown in the orange circle above.

Then select Folder Size… as above.

As you can see in the orange highlight above, the size of this datafile is 1,694,543Kb which is 1.6Gb. The max size of our inclusive email account is 2GB so part of this datafile may soon need to be archived.
Our IMAP/POP datafiles may be increased to 50GB but will attract a fee per email address per month.
