Outbound and inbound call issues
If you are using our VoIP or analogue network to make an outgoing call which fail, please check your hardware and your control panel configuration before contacting Megganet.
Incoming call failures may also be caused by a mis configured control panel so please check your call routing etc.
Incoming call failures may also be caused by the callers network in which case we will be unable to help past giving you advice regarding how to lodge the fault with the callers network.
