Please note that Openreach (and other Leased Line providers), may increase their fees during the contract period and, unfortunately, we have to pass them on. To date, this hasn’t happened but I have been directed to include this notification as we have no control of our suppliers charges.
This happens across the board and some suppliers take this into consideration on their initial quote. This means that the client is initially overpaying for the service and if there is no increase to the supplier, then they maintain artificially high levels of margin for the duration of the contract.
