Program voicemail button

How to program the voicemail/message button on a Yealink W56H phone.

This can also be used on other wireless Yealink phones, although the may be slight variations.

First, make sure your messaging system is configured correctly on your phone.

If your phone is part of a receiving group of phones, you may wish to use the group extension number when setting up your phone messaging.

We usually have this programed in advance for out clients.

1 – Press the ‘OK’ button.
2 – Select ‘Messages’. This is the cassette tape icon.
3 – Scroll down to and select ‘Set Voice Mail’.
4 – Select the appropriate account (if there is more than one).
5 – Select ‘OK’.
6 – Scroll down to the number and change it to ‘*98”.
7 – Save this.
8 – Test the feature to make sure it is working.

Next time you need to check your messages using your phone, just press the message button and you should get through straight away.
