Blacklist a sender

If you are a Hosted Exchange or a Microsoft Exchange client, this is the technique used to stop emails from an email address to yours.

First. log onto your Outlook account on line;

For Hosted Exchange use https://webmail.giacomcp.com/owa

For Microsoft exchange use https://outlook.com

The 2 interfaces are the same.

Click on the Gear icon on the top right.

On the left, select ‘Accounts’

Select ‘Block or allow’

Under ‘Blocked Senders’

Enter the sender’s email address.

Then click the + sign on the right.
