Ending a Cellular internet service

All of our Cellular internet contracts are 30 days notice and only ends when we get all of the Cellular internet equipment back. The Cellular internet equipment includes the router, attached antennas, sim, powerlines, power supply etc. If we installed an external antenna we usually need it as well but, we can collect this by request. We are not bothered if it is a couple of days either way.

How to cease a Cellular internet service

Please send an email to colum@megganet.com to let us know you wish to cease your Cellular service and on what date you would like the 30 days notice to start. We will contact you to confirm this and arrange return of the equipment.

When we will ease a Cellular internet service

If it is not possible for us to provide a satisfactory service to a client or a client underpays, misses payments, mis uses the service or is involved in any activity we decide is inappropriate, we will collect our equipment and cease the contract.

The client will remain liable to pay for the service up until we collect it, and at our discretion, any costs incurred as a consequence.

Non payment / underpayment

The client will be sent several reminders (by any one of or combination of email, TXT, phone call etc) and given every opportunity to pay for the service.

If a client does not pay for the service or underpays for the service, we will call and collect our equipment.

The client will remain liable to pay for the service up until we collect it, and at our discretion, any costs incurred as a consequence.

Ceasing payments

If there are any Direct Debit overpayments, we will refund them. We do not accept payments by Standing Order for Cellular internet service.

Example

If you order a cease anytime during January, the 30 days notice takes you into February so February’s payment should transfer as normal.

Ceasing a 24 month contract

WE have managed to get away from 24 month contracts so this is no longer applicable.
