Video conferenceing screen installations
Here are a few pick of sample Video Conferencing screen installations.
Clients have varying needs and resources so hopefully, the solutions depicted below will suit you.
The optimal solution is to have your display mounted on a wall and not have any visible cables. Some clients will need a PC to operate teh screen which will mean it needs to be networked. We always recommend that the PC be wired to your internet service – not Wireless.
If your display is networkable (almost all are) then it would be usual to have it wired to your network as well.
If you are using a TV as your display, then you may use its internal speakers.
Precaution – before using a video conferencing system, always check that your microphone, camera, display, PC, wireless microphone / speaker (if used) and so on are fully working. Also check that the internet connection is working. If you have been sent a link in an email, also make sure it is visible and you have access to it before the meeting.

Hopefully, you will get some idea of the various options open to you when you are deciding how to mount your large screen for display or video conferencing.
